Founding partner at Nakagawa Baptista & Baptista.
She also works in trade, developing studies and research for advice and strategic planning in technology and arbitration, and is a researcher at the Center for Global Trade and Investment Studies (CCGI) of the Fundação Getulio Vargas São Paulo School of Economics (EESP/FGV). Coordinator and professor of Contracts, WTO and Dispute Resolution at IRICE-FIA postgraduate courses. Director of Atelier Jurídico, a research and teaching center in international law, global trade and data protection.
